The B52 Matrix 2000 Pro Audio Speaker System includes two 12″ two-way speakers, an 18″ sub-woofer with a 3-channel power amp. A 600 watt power amp powers the subs, and two – 300 watt power amps drive the 12″ satellite speakers. All components in the system are matched for pristine sound. Simply connect the B52 Matrix 2000 speaker components, hook up your mixing board, plug in the power cord and you’re ready to rock!
The B52 Matrix 2000′s sub-woofer enclosure is contains two separate compartments. The front compartment houses the 18″ sub-woofer, while the rear compartment contains all of the electronic circuitry, including power amps for all three components, a power supply, a compressor, and pre-amps. The B52 Matrix 2000′s sub-woofer has a power handling capacity of 600 watts and each 12″ two-way Matrix 2000 satellite speaker contains a custom-designed B52 12″ woofer and a 1″ titanium diaphragm compression driver. The compression driver is mounted to a 90° x 40° constant directivity horn. The satellite speakers can be mounted on poles, flown with the built-in 3/8″—16 TPI hardware for permanent installations, or used as stage monitors.
